Each tablet includes the equivalent of 2g (2000mg) of Valerian root Valeriana officinalis from a standardised extract, together with Passion Flower Passiflora incarnata Hops Humulus lupulus and Chamomile Flowers Anthemis nobilis, and Magnesium, an important mineral for muscle relaxation and controlling muscle spasms.
Taken at night Valerian 2000 Complex helps promote sleep and can be used during the day for its calming and relaxing effects.

Directions:
ADULTS ONLY:
For Sleep: Take one to two tablets at night or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Daytime Use: Take one tablet with food or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Precautions / Contra-indications:
Any established sensitivity to any of the ingredients.
Concomitant use with prescribed hypnotics or sedatives should be avoided. Potentiation of other sedatives.
Patients receiving prescribed medications should advise their doctor they are taking this product.
