Life Force Foot Patches are an easy to use patch that is applied directly to the sole of the foot. Due to gravity,
toxins tend to settle at the base of the body within the feet.
Detoxification is important because of the many common pollutants and toxins our bodies are exposed to everyday. Toxin overdose may make you feel tired, irritable, nauseous and make you prone to allergies and other immune disorders.
As the patches warm up with your natural body heat, the pores of the skin open and toxins, wastes and pollutants are drawn out and absorbed via the skin under osmotic pressure from the blood and lymph systems. The effect of detox patches can usually be seen or felt sooner with more acute diseases, sometimes in a few days. It may however require a longer time to see the effect on less chronic diseases like lethargy and fatigue.
This detox pack contains 30 dry white patches plus 30 thin adhesive plasters to stick them onto the sole of the foot. Assess the used patches yourself in the morning – they can range from being slightly changed to becomming brown, wet and sticky. The darker the colour, the more fluid toxins are excreted. Progressively, the patches will become lighter and drier as the toxic load levels reduce.

RECCOMENDED USE
Apply up to six foot patches on the body at any one time. Place on top, middle or heel of the foot and rotate each night. Patches can be placed on other parts of the body. Patches are safe to use with other health treatments.
The patches can be attached to any other parts of the body including acupuncture points, painful areas and swollen areas. But to remove toxins from the area, but at the same time they should be applied to the soles of the feet as well for maximum detoxification. There may not be as much moisture removed from other parts of the body.
